Changing old amalgam restorations with Composites

Light-curing composite resins are the material of choice for restoring small to medium-size decays. The layering & sculpting technique used in our office produces astonishing aesthetic results and provides optimal function and durability.

Indirect restorations: Inlays & Onlays

Indirect Restorations

CAD CAM Crowns and Inlays done with CEREC

For larger and serial restorations, inlays and onlays are normally proposed. This option is actually preferred in the case of full-quadrant rehabilitation and also when important occlusal corrections are needed. We rarely propose ceramic inlays & onlays since they have proven less resistant over time (numerous fatigue fractures). Nevertheless, if the patient wishes that such a material be used for her/his posterior restorations, we can of course offer this option. In this case we would select the strongest materials available on the market.
